CVT is actually a value-bearing asset account controlled by smart contracts on Solana.

Minting a CVT grants you ownership of not only an asset but also an on-chain community that can bring you significant earnings.
When you mint a CVT, the smart contract also mints SOEX tokens (100k in the beginning, and then decreases over time). Out of those, you’ll receive a 4% airdrop immediately, with the remaining 16% airdropped over the process of generating 5 million blocks. In total, as a CVT minter, you will receive 20% of SOEX (meaning 20k SOEX).
Additionally, CVT minters benefit from augmented rewards within SOEX — like bigger SOX airdrops for their trades.
As mentioned before, this strategy has been crafted to include the social networking aspect. Therefore, as a CVT minter, you can create a community and deploy HVT — essentially creating a referral code that others can use to mint it. So your followers, community members, or friends can mint HVT in your community and unlock special benefits for themselves, as detailed below.
You receive a fee when someone mints or burns HVT in your CVT community. The fee is 5%, of which 2.5% is allocated to CVT holders, 1% to the Treasury, and 1.5% to LP.
As a CVT minter, you can set a custom starting price and price function for HVT. You can also transfer your entire on-chain community to others, including domain names, unclaimed airdrops, community TVL, income from HVT, and more.
HVT (Holder Value Token)
This referral tree system grows as more users mint HVT using the CVT community creator’s referral. Users can search for the community they want to join, follow it, and mint HVT within it.

HVT holders will receive rewards from the staking pool, with 1% of SOEX being distributed to all HVT holders every 1,000,000 blocks. The amount of SOEX distributed will be based on the value-weighted distribution of HVT.
